There is a specific stillness in the mountains during the Spring harvest. We’ve just finished processing this year's Bao Zhong from the rare Ying Xiang (迎香) cultivar, and the results are incredible.

Unlike more common varieties, Ying Xiang offers an intense, elegant floral fragrance that literally translates to "Welcoming Scent." It’s light, crisp, and carries the mountain breeze in every cup.
